At our kickboxing class, you can expect a full-body workout that engages
every muscle group in your body, with a strong focus on your core. The
rapid movements in kickboxing also improve flexibility, balance, and
coordination, and can help you build faster reflexes.
Punching , elbows , knees , kicks and stand up grappling techniques are
taught and the use of bag work , mitts , Thai pads and partner drills are also
covered.
Our strict boxing class covers all techniques of Boxing and
correct technical fundamental movements. We cover punching
techniques, conditioning, partner drills and sparring and suited for all
levels and abilities from anyone wanting to learn the basics right through
to competition level.
